I was reading an article this week about poor care,
poor care standards and poor carers. It
all read so doom and gloom, why don’t we ever have Good Care stories? Why don’t we celebrate Good Care Standards
and why have we forgotten about the Good Care Staff out there who every day go
to their jobs to make a difference to offer a caring voice?
I’m tired of only ever seeing Care Home Closes,
Abuse in Care, CQC Fails Again headlines.
So, I’m setting the challenge that for 1 week (out
of 52) it’s not much to ask is it – we only share and discuss Good Care, Good
Carers and Good Care Standards – the week will run Monday 28th
August 2017 – Sunday 3rd September 2017.
So come on let’s start celebrating good care…
